Why we exist

Compliance was built for banks — and priced for them. Everyone else inherited the same obligations without the army to meet them.

Regulated teams today stitch together a vendor for each rail, hire consultants to make sense of it, and grow a department to work the queue. The tools don't share an entity model, the costs scale with headcount, and the same customer can look clean in one system and risky in another. Meanwhile regulators keep widening the net — pulling in fintechs, marketplaces, and now whole professions that were never built for any of this.
